The Lost Boys of Zanzibar

January 11, 2011 by karasscreative

YAY! This photo was chosen as Amy and Angie’s Pick! See it HERE!

I captured this moment in Zanzibar recently when we were on our way home from Burundi. You can find out why I call them the lost boys here. I thought posting this photo would be a great way to kick start this new blog about our adventures in Burundi. What do you think? Nice egh, so spacious! None of the links on this blog really work yet, but I can barely stand posting photos on the old blog when they look SO PRETTY over here! I am entering this photo in the weekly competition over on I Heart Faces where Jasmine Star is the guest judge (Hi Jasmine… you’re pretty!).

I hope you like it here!

Most definitely one of my favorites out of all the photos entered. So spontaneous. Just plain awesome! The boys hand reminds me of a starfish!

Gorgeous image. It makes me smile, long for the beach’s sand, and pine for a good travel adventure. I am really looking forward to following your story through the blog. So glad you were selected this week on i heart faces. Another introduction, to an inspiring photographer and family. Congrats.
